Carbon trading has prevailed as a prominent technique for making carbon portfolios and indirectly incentivizing environmentally friendly practices by the corporations. However, due to inconsistency in pollution data and lack of trust in auditors, this system suffers from heavy corruption and fraud. This research focused on a methodology where the end-to-end sensors and Carbon data are stored in a Blockchain at the initial layers, subtracting the need for a centralized server and data analysis is done on a quarterly basis to generate alerts if any discrepancy is found in the database.
