According to Forbes , the average number a person checks their phone is 150 times a day. Most people don’t even realize they’re doing it. We reach for our phones out of habit, to check the time, reply to messages, look something up, or just scroll for a moment that turns into an hour. Phones have become more than just tools. For many of us, they’re how we work, stay connected, and move through the world.
