At the end of this section, you will be able to know the practical principles of control and mitigation plan for the cybersecurity components used for industrial applications in the energy sector by large. You will learn the basic cybersecurity principles, operational challenges in Electrical Power Systems, and their impact and solutions. More importantly, you will validate the cybersecurity process mapping, data collection, and mapping, gaining confidence in your understanding. Finally, you will learn how to design two levels of project scope, firstly for IT penetration and Assessment project scope, and secondly for OT penetration and Assessment project scope in Electrical Power Systems, mainly distributed electrical Power Generation.
