A Review and Prospect of Mobile Dynamic Evaluation Research Abroad

This paper focuses on the research field of mobile dynamic assessment abroad, systematically sorts out the connotation and application of social and cultural theory in linguistics, and focuses on the core concepts such as the zone of proximal development and dynamic assessment, as well as the extension and development of mobile dynamic assessment in second language acquisition. Through a comprehensive analysis of the status, technical means, assessment framework and application cases of related foreign research, it reveals the important value and challenges of dynamic assessment theory in multiple fields such as education and language acquisition. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the reform of college English education in my country, and at the same time lay the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study of the localized application of mobile dynamic assessment theory, and promote the coordinated development of relevant academic research and educational practice in my country.
