Extreme disasters often lead to widespread power outages, seriously affecting social production, life, and the operation of critical infrastructure. An optimization regulation model based on distributed flexible resources is proposed in this paper, which utilizes distributed wind-solar-energy storage and mobile emergency power vehicles for coordinated scheduling to achieve load power restoration optimization. Post-disaster optimization aims to maximize the recovery load and prioritize power supply to primary and secondary loads. A distributed flexible resource collaborative scheduling strategy based on real-time load demand and fast and efficient is designed. By dynamically adjusting the driving path of mobile emergency power vehicles and coordinating power supply with distributed source-storage, the continuous power supply capacity of important loads is improved.
