A Mathematical Modeling Framework Opti-Blend for Integrated Code Analysis through Dead Code Elimination, Clone Detection, and Loop Optimization

Tulshihar Patil · International Journal of Apllied Mathematics · 2025

Opti-Blend is an extensive framework for code analysis that includes many optimization approaches that including loop optimization, clone studies, and dead code reduction. It offers a cohesive methodology for improving code, tackling issues like disjointed optimization tools, needless manual labor, and constrained scalability. By eliminating unwanted code, increasing execution speed, and simplifying the development process with minor human involvement, the framework improves program scalability and efficiency. It progressively improves code quality using static analysis, control flow optimization, and Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) improvements. Specifically, it deletes unneeded code fragments to reduce resource utilization, finds and eliminates duplicate code segments to better maintainability, and discovers and moves invariant code outside loops to improve execution efficiency. Opti-Blend's potential to optimize vast and complicated code structures while preserving program integrity and performance is demonstrated through benchmarking on both hypothetical and real-world codebases. The results obtained demonstrate how the framework may streamline developers' processes and produce reliable, superior software optimization.
