Embedded System Design for Underground Corridor Environment Monitoring Based on Voice Interaction

Yantao Chen, Yukuan Du · 2025

In recent years, with the continuous promotion of smart city construction, the laying of underground pipeline corridors has become increasingly popular. However, the environment of underground pipeline corridors is complex and changing, and manual inspection is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also less efficient. Therefore, intelligent automatic monitoring technology has become an important means to solve this problem. This paper introduces an embedded system based on edge computing for underground pipe corridor monitoring, which can realize real-time offline monitoring and alarming of the underground pipe corridor environment. The system’s internally integrated operating system effectively reduces energy consumption and is equipped with speech tools for easy access to environmental status information at any time.
