This thesis evaluates the visual trends present across the current disclaimers featured on LLM webpages. To do so, I used a content analysis that broke down a series of screenshots from these webpages into particular elements. I then compare the common trends to the existing legal standards for disclaimers in defamation cases, and make suggestions for more comprehensive regulation.
