Consensus and Controllability of Multi-Agent Systems on Sun Topology

This paper studies the consensus and controllability of multi-agent systems on sun topology. The spectral properties of sun networks with the Laplacian dynamics are obtained, and then the necessary and sufficient conditions for the consensus and controllability of multi-agent systems over sun networks are established. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to verify the obtained results.
