The use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in healthcare has completely changed how symptoms are diagnosed and medical treatment is given. In order to improve healthcare accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency, in this study we are introducing the Virtual Health Assist (VHA) application, an AI- powered platform that makes use of LLMs. The system incorporates personalized healthcare suggestions, symptom analysis models for initial diagnosis, and natural language processing (NLP) for patient engagement. We examine AI's potential in healthcare, consider its moral and practical ramifications, and assess how effective LLMs are at supporting medical decisions. Our research examines the use of AI in contemporary healthcare, assesses the moral and practical ramifications of implementing such systems, and examines the degree to which LLMs assist clinical judgment. With detection rates ranging from 80 % to 85 % experimental data demonstrate that the system can enhance patient engagement and the precision of first diagnosis. Potential drawbacks and future directions of the suggested approach are also covered in the study.
