Classes in creative workshops contribute to the socialization of children and the knowledge of the culture of the peoples of the region. In the process of making dolls and toys, they get acquainted with the folk tradition. Creative activities within the framework of special programs also help children to master the techniques and technologies of needlework and various types of crafts such as sewing, knitting, embroidery, weaving, clay modeling. The programs include joint work of children with their parents, individually or in a group. Participation with objects at exhibitions, including folklore and ethnographic ones, has great educational and emotional potential.
