Intelligent Automation in Data Analysis

This chapter presents the latest developments in the use of generative models, such as open AI, for data analysis, illustrated with data from surveys. With the capabilities of these models in mind, this chapter describes the techniques for automating data processing and cleaning, report generation, and exploratory data analysis that enhance and accelerate analytical processes. I will also explore the applications of these tools in supporting result interpretation, interactive queries in natural language, and using them for dynamic analysis of large data sets. With a lot of focus on benefits stemming from generative artificial intelligence for time optimization and improving analysis precision, the discussion will still include challenges related to accuracy and ethical considerations in data analysis.
