Telecommunication-grade networks, with their vast scale and complexity, are highly susceptible to disruptions from version upgrades and configuration changes. This paper pioneers a fully automated digital twin simulation environment tailored for carrier-grade networks, capable of faithfully replicating realworld scenarios with rapid deployment. Our approach achieves a 600% acceleration in network environment setup, reducing manual configuration time for 100 devices from 20 days to less than 3 days, and mitigates operational risks by enabling safe, predeployment validation of network changes. The proposed system is vendor-agnostic, highly scalable, and readily extensible to other mission-critical infrastructures. Extensive experiments show substantial improvements in deployment efficiency, operational reliability, and risk reduction, marking a significant advancement toward zero-downtime network operations.
