Final analysis and mapping of existing European and national OS infrastructures with regard to promoting responsible OS

This report gives an overview from a mapping exercise to collect information on the existing OS platforms and analyse their needs and existing weaknesses, with respect to actively pursuing open approaches in science and research, while complying with legal frameworks and ethical standards.
