The rapid growth of e-commerce has necessitated efficient order fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness. This study investigates the impact of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module on order fulfillment in e-commerce settings. Through a comprehensive literature review and a methodological framework incorporating qualitative and quantitative analyses, the research identifies key factors influenced by SAP SD that streamline order processing, inventory management, and customer relationship management. The findings indicate that the implementation of SAP SD significantly improves order accuracy, reduces cycle times, and enhances overall customer experience. These insights contribute to the understanding of how enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems can optimize e-commerce operations, providing valuable implications for practitioners and researchers.
