On semigroup cover of ternary semigroup

In this paper, we study the connection between a ternary semigroup [Formula: see text] and the associated semigroup [Formula: see text] in which [Formula: see text] is embedded. Any ternary semigroup [Formula: see text] can be embedded in a semigroup [Formula: see text] called the semigroup cover of the ternary semigroup [Formula: see text]. Mainly we characterize them by using various ideals. Further we characterize left and right regularity, complete regularity and intra-regularity in the semigroup cover [Formula: see text] of [Formula: see text].
