The build-up Construction of Symplectic Quasi Self-dual Codes over Certain Non-unitary Rings

The build up technique is adapted to the symplectic inner product for codes over the three non unital rings E, I, H in the classification of (Fine, 1993). In particular we give propagation rules for self-orthogonal, self-dual, and quasi self-dual (QSD) codes. As an application, many codes are produced in short lengths.
