Gabor regularisation of (2 + 1) Minkowski space-time

This work addresses the coordinate singularity problem in classical General Relativity (GR), where metric becomes zero or singular. These singularities often arise due to the mathematical framework used. Through Gabor quantization, a method extended to eight-dimensional phase space, we explore regularization techniques for spacetime metrics. By transforming functions on spacetime into operators, this approach aims to provide a more refined description of spacetime, particularly in cases like uniformly accelerated systems and Schwarzschild metrics. This paper examines the (2 + 1)-dimensional Minkowski spacetime that has been regularized using Gabor quantization, resulting in the induction of curvature in what was originally a flat spacetime and also non-zero components of the energy-momentum tensor.
