Synchronized spread spectrum code division multiple access (SS-CDMA) is effective for increasing the capacity amid the rapid spread of Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In this paper, we implement a synchronized SS-CDMA wireless communication function on a Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) using Wireless Two-Way Interferometry (Wi-Wi). The bit error rate (BER) performance was evaluated with a different number of channels and in both wired and wireless transmission environments. It was found that BER performance was equivalent to that of wired communication when the propagation path distance was 2 m. As a result of the evaluation of BER performance, we confirm the feasibility of a synchronous SS-CDMA terminal operating in a 2 m wireless environment.
