In this work we are interested in designing and implementing a secure and distributed reputation system over e-commerce sites where the purchases made by customers depend upon the reputation of vendors and reliability of customers to a great extent. Reputation management in e-commerce Reputation management is important in e-commerce to reduce fraud and build trust. The suggested system has a two-blockchain structure based on Hyperledger Indy and Hyperledger Fabric that offer verifiable credentials and safe encryption of transactions. The methodology applies to combine cryptographic approaches to form a secure network (trusted network) in which the members can exchange feedback tokens against reviewing the products. The system guarantees that the vendors are not subjected to identity based attacks and that there are no false reviews or manipulations. The obtained results indicate that the suggested reputation system proves efficient in terms of protecting the identity data of the vendors as well as the general integrity of the e-commerce data storage, minimizing the threat of an unauthorized user gaining access to it. Finally, the study renders a very efficient reputation system that can be used to boost trust and security in any electronic commerce setting, making it a reliable system to both sellers and buyers.
