In June–July 2019, the fourth excavation season was conducted at Legio (License No. G-62/2019; map ref. 2179/7202; Fig. 1). The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Jezreel Valley Regional Project, the W.F. Albright Institute of Archaeological Research, the University of Wyoming, Lycoming College and the American Archaeology Abroad organization, was directed by M.J. Adams, Y. Tepper and S. Cohen, with the assistance of M.E. Cohen, W. Więckowski, P. Flesher, R. Knauth (field archaeology), M. Letteney (field archaeology and database management), R. Linn (conservation), E. Ernenwein (remote sensing) and Israel Archaeological Services (logistics and administration).
