This research Survey presents an innovative AI-powered emergency alert system designed to assist deaf and hard-of hearing individuals by detecting fire, smoke, and distress situations through cameras and IoT sensors. The system employs real-time environmental monitoring, utilizing computer vision and machine learning models trained to recognize emergency-related visual cues and sounds. Upon detection of a threat, the system triggers immediate alerts through visual signals, wearable vibrations, and mobile notifications to ensure rapid awareness and response. By integrating AI for accurate detection and minimizing false alarms, the system enhances safety, accessibility, and independence for individuals with hearing impairments. This solution is scalable, cost-effective, and adaptable for various public and private environments, providing a vital contribution to inclusive smart safety technologies.
