The exponential growth of enterprise data exchange has highlighted the need for secure and efficient multi-protocol file handling solutions.IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) provides a centralized platform for managing inbound and outbound file transfers across diverse protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTP, and AS2.This paper examines the technical configuration of SFG for unified multi-protocol integration, focusing on security, routing, and operational efficiency.By implementing standardized configurations and best practices, organizations can streamline file transfer processes, mitigate security risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The findings demonstrate that SFG enables robust, scalable, and secure file handling in complex enterprise environments.
