Research on Intelligent Maintenance Path Search Strategies for Communication Network Resilience
Yunyang Liu, Zhenglin Liang · 2025
As an indispensable infrastructure in modern society, the reliability of wireless communication networks has remained a core research focus in recent years, while the concept of resilience has gradually gained widespread attention and application in related fields. Within this context, this research aims to investigate resilience assessment methodologies and enhancement strategies for maintenance decision-making in wireless communication networks to ensure service continuity and operational stability. To address network maintenance challenges in wireless communication systems, this research integrates base station coverage characteristics with existing theoretical frameworks. A service value calculation method is developed. A novel intelligent maintenance path search strategy based on Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) is proposed, complemented by comprehensive simulation experiments conducted on practical wireless communication networks. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology in optimizing maintenance resource allocation and reducing network resilience loss.
