In recent years, ontology development has significantly enabled structured knowledge representation that enhances semantic interoperability, supports data integration and improved information retrieval among different domains. Traditional approaches for ontology development had faced challenges like manual knowledge extraction and scalability issues. Therefore, this research proposes, Knowledge Graph Construction (KGC) based semantic web application for developing ontology. Initially, data is collected from multiple heterogeneous sources like sensors, databases and web services. Then, ontology development and semantic modeling is done for structuring domain knowledge by defining concepts, relationships which enabled interoperability across datasets. After that, KGC is utilized for integrating the semantic data by linking entities and enriching information for advanced reasoning tasks. Next, semantic query execution is utilized for retrieving the relevant information efficiently by supporting complex queries based on ontology and user requirements. Finally, visualization and user interface are done for presenting query results clearly by enabling the interactive exploration and better decision-making for end-users. The proposed KGC achieved better results in terms of Attribute Richness (1.2453), Inheritance Richness (1.4287) and Relationship Richness (0.4481) when compared with existing Ontology-Driven Conceptual Modeling (ODCM) approach.
