With the iterative upgrading of smart electricity meters and metering automation terminals, electricity meters are no longer merely simple terminal metering devices. To enhance the performance and flexible management capabilities of measurement equipment, as well as improve the perception ability and intelligence level of on-site operating equipment, electricity meters need to be equipped with various functional modules such as load identification function modules and ordered charging function modules. This has led to an increase in the power load and power consumption of the electricity meters themselves. The increase in power consumption can affect the metering accuracy of electricity meters, especially at low-current load points. The degree of influence varies according to the load power consumption generated by different modules. This paper analyzes the causes of error fluctuations at low-current load points and presents effective optimization methods.
