The study of acrylic dispersions modified with multilayer carbon nanotubes for creating impregnating compositions of pyramidal radio-absorbing materials based on polyurethane foam is discussed. The type influence of multilayered carbon nanotubes on the stability of acrylic dis- perions has been investigated. It was found out that less than 0.5% of the incident radiation was able to pass through a sample with a «Taunit-MD» MWCNT and an acrylic dispersion exposure for 5 days, and at the same time the material has the best absorption indicators - the transmission coefficient does not exceed 0.001%.
