To ensure the power supply reliability and economic efficiency of AC/DC hybrid web of cell network while enhancing their active support capabilities, this study proposes a digital twin-based operational optimization strategy for multi-energy storage systems in AC/DC hybrid web of cell network. Hybrid Automata (HA) methodology is adopted to model energy storage systems and distributed devices, explicitly characterizing equipment constraints, continuous state dynamics, and discrete mode transitions. System-level constraints are integrated to convert the HA model into a mixed integer Mixed Logical Dynamic (MLD) framework. A cyber-physical co-simulation platform is developed using CloudPss and physical experimental cabinets, enabling semi-physical digital twin validation. Results confirm the model’s fidelity to physical systems and the deployability of the proposed optimization strategy.
