Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) is a contemporary cybersecurity framework designed to address the vulnerabilities which are generally found in Web Applications in traditional perimeter-based models. In today's dynamic IT environment. Bounded by the principle of “Never Trust, Always Verify”, ZTA eliminates implicit trust within a network, instead of continuous verification of users, devices, and resources. This paper delves deep about the practical implementation of ZTA in any web-based applications, focusing on the core aspects such as RBAC, MFA, OAuth, data encryption and real-time monitoring. This project demonstrates the ZTA application in action and how it minimizes the risk associated with unauthorized access, data breaches and lateral movement by attackers. Furthermore, it highlights the diverse industries of ZTA in Healthcare, E-commerce and education, emphasizing the relevance of threat detection in real world.
