The realm of fake currency leads to the destruction of the economic power of the nation. Better technology and new methods of tweaking mean inventing new tools that tend to improve the skills of these fraud cases and adjust old methods such as manual reviews and machine scans as completely useless. In this article, Deep Learning, in particular VGG16 - Feature Network (CNN) VGG16, improves current fake detection systems. Combining AI technology and advanced image processing, the system can recognize the distinctive features embedded in the complex details of currency notes with unprecedented accuracy. This new paradigm improves performance and offers faster reviews with greater reliability, further reducing human workloads and errors. Only with the higher levels of integration of such advanced technologies can fraud be immensely reduced, and controlling the promotion of systems and businesses can flow into a world where systems are repeated in society.
