Substations are critical components of the power system, as their safety directly affects the stable operation of the power grid and the normal functioning of society. Therefore, accurately assessing the fire risk level in power monitoring rooms is essential for enhancing fire safety and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system. This paper proposes a comprehensive, systematic, and reasonable fire risk assessment index system. Subsequently, a cloud model-based fire risk assessment model for power monitoring rooms is developed. By comparing the generated cloud map with the standard reference cloud, the fire risk level of the power monitoring room can be determined, providing a robust foundation for effective fire risk prevention and control.
