Heart disease is a leading global cause of mortality, emphasizing the need for accessible, accurate, and personalized medical assistance. Existing healthcare chatbots often lack the contextual understanding and real-time data integration required for effective patient support. This paper introduces MedBot, an intelligent healthcare assistant powered by advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically the Biomistral model, to address these challenges. MedBot employs state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) techniques to provide evidence-based, patient-specific guidance for heart disease management. Its modular architecture includes user input processing, knowledge base interaction, and response generation, enabling seamless query handling and real-time response delivery. Comprehensive testing demonstrated high-accuracy responses within 2-3 seconds, supported by robust data security measures and an intuitive interface. While MedBot successfully addresses critical gaps in healthcare accessibility, future enhancements include expanding its scope to cover more medical conditions, integrating sentiment analysis, and ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare standards. MedBot represents a significant advancement in AI- driven healthcare, offering a scalable and reliable solution for improving patient outcomes and reducing the burden on medical professionals.
