Research on the Evaluation Method of Measurement Uncertainty for Calibration Results of Electrostatic Discharge Current Target

This article mainly studies the metrological items and measurement uncertainty evaluation methods of electrostatic discharge current targets. Firstly, this article introduces the composition and basic structure of electrostatic discharge current targets. This article introduces the applications of electrostatic discharge current targets and prompts their metrological items subsequently. Afterwards, this article analyzes the measurement uncertainty evaluation methods and processes for input impedance, low-frequency transfer impedance and insertion loss using examples one by one.
