Industries have been transformed by the spread of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, but there are now serious worries about data security, privacy, and communication dependability. Due to their limited scalability and susceptibility to single points of failure, conventional centralised systems are frequently unable to handle these issues. This study investigates a blockchain-enabled infrastructure as a cutting-edge way to improve the effectiveness and security of Internet of Things connectivity. The suggested approach guarantees safe data transfer, strong device authentication, and transparency in IoT networks by utilizing blockchain's decentralized and impenetrable features. By automating procedures and enforcing rules, smart contracts lower the need for human intervention and the possibility of mistakes. This design is appropriate for resource-constrained IoT contexts since it also uses sophisticated consensus methods to maximise scalability and energy efficiency. The study shows how blockchain and IoT integration may build a robust ecosystem by promoting trust and facilitating smooth communication between various apps and devices.
