This research explores the relative page speed performance of different search engines on the basis of Google's PageSpeed Insights tool. An identical search query was run on over 50 search engines, and the retrieved search engine result pages were analyzed based on performance metrics including Speed Index, Largest Contentful Paint, and Total Blocking Time. The information was programmatically gathered and saved to Google Sheets, creating an customized dataset of 51 samples with 17 attributes. To identify patterns within search engine responsiveness, a linear regression model was utilized to look into the correlation between these measures. The model produced a moderate correlation coefficient of 0.6176, suggesting potential for performance forecasting across platforms. Instead of listing engines according to superiority, this study presents comparative research on how various engines perform under controlled conditions. The results present practical recommendations for web developers and researchers seeking to improve search engine and user experience performance
