Audio signals are sensitive and complex in nature. The presence of background noise poses a significant challenge not only by causing disturbance but also by degrading the overall quality of the recorded content. The noises generally originate from various sources such as environmental factors or electronic interferences. Different forms of noises like White noise, Pink noise, Brownian noise, background noise exists. Enhancement of an audio signal is a difficult task when there are various types of noises present in the audio signal. In this study, an enhancement audio noise reduction system is investigated using a Wiener filter [1] and recurrent neutral networks (RNNs) [2]. The filter’s performance is evaluated using two audio files, one containing white noise and the other containing a radio signal with white noise to assess the filter’s performance. The results demonstrate that the filter effectively eliminates background noise and enhances the audio signal’s clarity and comprehensibility.
