This paper proposes a digital radio communication system that combines packet communication with BPSK modulation/demodulation using software defined radio (SDR) technology. In the software part, the SDR development platform GNU Radio was utilized to construct a BPSK transmitter flowgraph model consisting of modules such as data packetization with markers, checksum addition, frame header generation, Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) symbol mapping, and hardware driver configuration, as well as a BPSK receiver flowgraph model comprising modules including frequency offset correction, symbol synchronization, phase-locked loop, BPSK demapping, frame synchronization, and data packet recovery. On the hardware side, two USRP X310 devices, controlled by the software flowgraph models, were used to respectively transmit and receive RF signals. During the feasibility validation of the system through practical testing, the data transmission performance of the system was evaluated by analyzing the received signal spectrum, constellation diagram, and the waveform of the demodulated tagged data stream.
