SPSS and Excel

In Chapter 3 , readers are introduced to two software programs they can use for data analysis: SPSS and Excel. Both programs can be used for data entry and data analysis. We have decided to include Excel where feasible, as it is a free software program and increasingly required for data analysis by many universities.
