Challenges in the health care systems include data fragmentation, privacy concerns, and inefficient payment systems. Herein, two novel blockchain-based healthcare management techniques have been proposed: Hybrid Transaction Prioritization Index (H-TPI) and Hybrid Adaptive Data Sharing Protocol (H-ADSP). H-TPI will be optimizing ordering on the blockchain with regard to urgency, type of payment—cryptocurrency or cash—and network traffic. H-ADSP allows for the secure and dynamic retrieval of patient data based on need, permission, and proof of payment. Both methods take advantage of a hybrid ledger system to combine public and private blockchains for better data security, flexibility, and transaction speed. Experimental results show a better efficiency of transactions, accessibility of data, and strong measures of privacy, which makes these algorithms much suitable for modern blockchain-based healthcare systems.
