Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are progressively used in disaster response, environmental monitoring, and urban planning. The UAVs are essential for navigating accurately and reliably in complicated terrain in all these applications. This work evaluates the usability of three bio-inspired algorithms in path planning of UAVs, specifically the Camel Herding Algorithm (CHA), Dolphin Echolocation Algorithm (DE), and Archerfish Hunting Optimizer (AHO), with objectives for improving adaptability, energy efficiency, and avoiding obstacles. Each of these is simulated separately so that performance parameters like time to flight, optimality in path, and computational efficiency may be estimated.
