This paper presents the design, implementation, and verification of a long-range, high-speed TT&C communication system for aerospace applications. A compact L-band communication payload was developed, employing CP-OFDM modulation and robust channel coding techniques to ensure reliable data transmission under dynamic conditions. The RF front-end integrates a 2W high-power amplifier, band-pass filters, and SDR-based signal processing. Field tests were conducted between Yuanzui Mountain in Taichung and Cigu District in Tainan, simulating a 200 km communication link using attenuators. Experimental results demonstrated stable downlink transmission at 2 Mbps and uplink at 500 kbps, effectively compensating for Doppler shifts exceeding 30 kHz. The system consistently maintained high throughput and signal integrity, confirming its feasibility for future aerospace applications such as satellite communications, UAV operations, and next-generation launch vehicles.
