Legal rules regulate society and the behavior of individuals, and these rules are subject to the renewal and development taking place in society, including their influence on artificial intelligence as a result of modern technology by creating intelligence that mimics human behavior, which in turn contributed to the creation of a new type of war different from the traditional war between countries, It depends on technology that enables countries to control the service facilities of the enemy party, and therefore these actions threaten international peace and security, as they are considered a new challenge to international law in terms of the extent to which legal rules can be applied to offensive and war operations led by artificial intelligence.
