METHOD FOR LOCALIZING DATAMATRIX CODES IN REAL TIME

The article proposes a method for localizing DataMatrix barcodes in real time based on the analysis of their structural features. The main focus is on detecting key elements of the code structure, which allows for accurate determination of its boundaries even on images with a complex background. The LSD algorithm is used to detect L-patterns, which allows for effective allocation of linear segments. Additionally, frequency analysis is used to detect synchronization tracks, which increases recognition accuracy and reduces the probability of false positives. The presented method has high computational efficiency and is suitable for use in industrial systems.
