Background: The integration of telemedicine into healthcare systems presents a transformative opportunity to enhance service delivery, particularly in high-density metropolitan areas. However, its adoption faces significant barriers. This study investigates the factors influencing the adoption intention of telemedicine services among healthcare stakeholders in a major metropolitan city. Methods: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a quantitative survey based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews.
