NPSBN Quality of Service (QoS) and network performance are related concepts but not the same. QoS refers to the overall fulfilment of National Public Safety Broadband Network (NPSBN) service as perceived by the users. QoS encompasses a broader set of factors that influence the user’s experience. NPSBN performance, on the contrary, typically describes how well NPSBN operates in terms of availability, reliability, mean time to repair, etc. Both are crucial for assessing user satisfaction and service effectiveness.
