Information technology's new revolution is the In- ternet of Things (IoT), where the physical world is connected to the internet. IoT is commonly used in every field of life nowadays. Smart logistics is part of IoT and contributes significantly to the nation's development. It improves the dynamic traffic management system and navigating traffic for the ideal use of a traffic system. It faces many challenges such as security, privacy, logistic cost, energy consumption, efficiency, logistics resources consumption, loss of data, temperature, pressure, humidity, data acquisition, and processing issue of IoT. IoT technology has developed, and smart logistics is becoming a reality. Smart logistics means delivering the products on time at the right place and in the right state. It is the procedure that considers all phase of delivering the product, starting from manufacturing to the final delivery of the product. Due to this processing, many issues or problems occur of accident detections, traffic congestion, and fewer automobile parking facilities with limited computing and storage capacity. Various security attacks occur. To overcome this problem, a blockchain-based approach can be the solution to this issue. This research study aims to improve security in logistics and transportation and provide a secure network free of attacks. We proposed the framework that adopts the state-of- the-art algorithm, i.e., blockchain and IoT, to ensure the delivery of products from customers and improve security. For providing security to the server from different attackers and hackers, a scheme was developed in which a hybrid method of RSA and Hashing algorithm is used to secure server information. This technique is most secure as its calculated results are on bases on different parameters such as computing expenditure, encryption time, decryption time, and reaction time. While retaining a reasonable level of security, the solution improves reaction time.
