Project controls (PC) is a method that includes all phases of a project's lifetime (i.e., planning, monitoring, and controlling). Planning encompasses everything from allocating resources and making timetables to analyzing potential threats and making predictions. Project management (PM) is a discipline that uses estimates to generate output that has value for stakeholders. All undertakings begin somewhere and conclude somewhere else since they are temporary endeavors to produce value by producing something new and unique. Several IoT projects form a network effort characterized as a connected network of physical goods with sensors and smart software. Inadequate risk management and a lack of accountability also rank among the most significant downsides of project management, alongside depletion of resources, delays, security issues, and interpersonal conflicts. To guarantee that these plans are monitored and no team member deviates from the route indicated, the PC-PM-IoT approach addresses control, perhaps the most important aspect of project management. Everything will proceed according to plan when the tasks associated with maintaining order are finally finished. Managing a project is, in essence, the art of making things happen. One possible strategic response project might leverage Internet of Things (IoT) technology for all drone uses since current regulatory approaches show a need for greater policy and management responses to limit drone usage quickly and efficiently development and stimulate innovation like interurban package delivery. The numerical result of the recommended method increases the resources maintenance ratio by (95.8%), the feedback ratio by (98.7%), the on-time delivery ratio by (95.1%), the quality checking analysis by (98.85%) and the requirement gathering ratio by (94.6%).
