Research on Knowledge Tracing Algorithm Based on Improved Graph Neural Network

In the information age, a wide variety of teaching resources have created unprecedented learning opportunities for individuals, but they are also accompanied by problems such as "information overload" and "cognitive overload". Especially in the environment of educational informatization and intelligence, the massive amount of teaching resources often leaves students at a loss. How to effectively track and predict students’ learning progress is of great significance for improving the personalized teaching environment and enhancing the teaching effectiveness. Traditional knowledge tracing methods have limitations in processing complex data, and the interpretability of the models is insufficient. Based on the improved graph neural network, this study monitors users’ knowledge status in real time, realizes the tracking and prediction of students’ learning progress, and meets students’ needs for personalized learning.
