Blockchain technology has a potential to overcome the traditional mechanisms in ensuring data accuracy, preventing manipulation, and meeting sustainability reporting standards. By combining blockchain's decentralized architecture with IoT and cryptographic tools this study proposes a framework to ensures secure, transparent, and efficient compliance processes. The proposed framework addresses the challenges of transparency, data security, and regulatory compliance in startups. It aims to enhance data validation through IoT integration and leverages immutable blockchain ledgers for tamper-proof transaction histories. By automating compliance processes with smart contracts and encrypting sensitive information, the framework significantly will help in improving operational transparency and fosters trust among stakeholders. This innovative approach contributes to scalable, secure, and sustainable startup operations aligned with global sustainability goals, addressing gaps in the current literature and practice. The study is a contribution to enhance startup resilience, fostering trust, and aligning operations with environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
