As the conducted analysis has shown, the known solutions are not the multimodal information technology that combines several ways to recognize cardiac pacemaker dysfunctions in order to ensure high reliability of their detection. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the structure of such a multimodal information technology for recognition of cardiac pacemaker dysfunction. The proposed in this paper multimodal information technology for recognition of cardiac pacemaker dysfunction combines several ways to recognize the cardiac pacemaker dysfunction and have the following functions: processing information about patient symptoms, processing diagnostic data and messages from the pacemaker, monitoring heart function, applying special algorithms to detect abnormal situations, processing information from sensors to detect changes in cardiac activity, as well as forming the recommendations about adjusting pacemaker settings and automatically messages to patient, his doctor and his relatives about detected pacemaker dysfunctions. This information technology allows doctors to detect and eliminate possible problems associated with the pacemaker in a timely manner, ensuring the normal functioning of the patient's heart and reliable operation of the device.
